All the floor of the fixes area in our hangar was changed by a material much resistant and modern.There are almost 1600 meters square feet of area in our workshop, that is ready to receive all kind of equipment to repair propellers, tunnel thruster, rudder machines and many kind of other services that we offer.

During the event the Propulsevice, with its stand, was able to present to clients and businessmen the various services offered by the company. Founded more than twenty years, The Propulservice aims to offer the best services in the area of propulsion. His presentation at the fair served to take to the nautic branch the main news about repair.

The Propulservise took to the presentation their techniques and nautical repair options. The fair was a great opportunity to show to the businessmen of the area, the solutions for repair inteligent equipment of propulsion.

One of the diferentials of Propulservice is the division “Propulservice Underwater”. It permit the vulcanization, repair and maintance of any kind of seal seals, in floating vessels, with the underwater equipment. We offer underwater repairs with a own divers team, highly qualified.

O Bow thruster was removed, using a flexible cofferdam in 3 days. After was made the Overhall of Thruster in our factory, and instaled by our diver team, without the necessity of a dock.

All this situation was realized with the anchored vessel, in the middle of Baia de Guanabara. With influence of tide and reduced visibility. Despite these adversities the team successfully completed the work.

Due a problem in the instalation of the grid in your last dockdues, the thruster blades hit against the grid. The vessel couldn’t stop for a long time, and not having a dock for the repair, The Propulservice was contacted to do the replacement of the thruster with the floating vessel.

The vessel was moored in the Viana island, where is the shipyard Enavi Renavi, in the Baia de Guanabara, between  5 and 11 of november. The action was a success, reaching the strict compliance with the schedule required.

The service consists in create a dry enviroment in the box of the propeller shaft seal, even with the floating vessel, through an flexible structure of high resistance. This structure, called by cofferdam, is mounted by ours own divers, that are engineers and specialized in marine propellers. To do this job, the vessel must be in shaltered waters to allow the construction of the structure by our professionals.

In AssoVentisette boat, we had to put a ring spacer and vulcanize the seals, being necessary to keep dry for 3 consecutive days at a depth of approximately 3 meters.

With this service, The Propulservice allow to its costumers the convenience to be seen anywhere in Brazil, as well as eliminating the cost of docking and expedite the repair time with the same quality and assurance that the company has always offered.
